One last payment
Because of the 30 days' notice, there's usually one more collection. We'll tell you the exact date of your final one, and you're a member right through to the end of it.

Cancel the Direct Debit
Once that final payment has gone through, cancel the Direct Debit with your bank and nothing else comes out. Done.
Please don't cancel the Direct Debit before that last payment — if we haven't had 30 days' notice we have to close the account at our end, and ClubWise will keep chasing the payment still owed, which can turn into a debt. Passes and the one-month membership need no notice at all: they simply end.

Is there a joining fee?+
No hidden joining fee. You pay your first month and you're in.
How do I cancel my membership?+
Email info@herosfitness.co.uk and we'll do the rest. Direct Debit needs 30 days' notice, so expect one final payment — we'll confirm the exact date of that last collection. Once it's been taken, cancel the Direct Debit at your bank and nothing else will come out. Passes and one-month memberships simply end, nothing to cancel.
What if I just cancel the Direct Debit myself?+
Please don't — if we haven't had 30 days' notice we have to terminate at our end, and ClubWise keeps trying to collect the payment you still owe. That can land you with a debt and extra fees. One email to us first and it's all sorted properly.
Can I freeze my membership?+
Yes. If you're injured, travelling or on a break, we can freeze your Direct Debit for up to three months.
Do you offer guest passes?+
We don't do free guest passes — but a day pass is only £10, a week is £18 and two weeks is £25. Bring your mate in for a tenner and see what they think.
Are classes included?+
Yes — every membership includes all our classes. If you only want the classes and not the gym floor, there's a class-only membership at £200 for the year.
How does the referral scheme work?+
Refer a member and your membership drops by £2 a month for as long as they stay a member. Refer 15 mates on a £30 membership and you train for free. The only thing you need to do is make sure they name you when they join — our membership system tracks the rest automatically. If a mate leaves, that £2 simply goes back on.
