Ben started Heros back in 2012 because King's Lynn didn't have a proper training facility. Boxing roots, a young lad's trip to the Peacock Gym in London, and a stubborn belief that a gym should feel like somewhere you belong. He's usually on the floor — say hello.
Melvin was Ben's coach long before he was his business partner. Together they opened Heros in 2012 and he's still the voice of experience in the building — decades of it, and none of it wasted.
Shaun runs the day-to-day and fights professionally on the side, which tells you most of what you need to know. If it's spotless, well-stocked and running smoothly — that's Shaun. He'll know your name by your second visit.
Avid runner, serious about strength. Sarah joined as a member, badgered Ben until he took her on as a PT, and now does it full time. Brilliant with anyone who thinks they're 'not a gym person'.
